@cakesnifferweaz that is common in taiwan. Its actually a handle attachment thats sold in shops everywhere. Its for those cold winter winds but people are just too lazy them off and just leave it there throughout all season lol

@cakesnifferweaz They aren’t actually oven mitts. Many Asians ride their bikes year-round so they have devices like that attached to their handlebars to break the wind while their riding without having to tote gloves around all day. At least that’s how it’s done in S. Korea

It’s actually a cover over the handlebars that is used for some protection against debris and whatnot.
The females also use it to keep their hands covered from the sunshine as well. Unlike Western traditions, women in Taiwan and maybe even East Asia in general want pale skin instead of dark tanned skin.

DUDE, you should dress up just like the old guy at the begining with the full on beard! You know why? Let’s say you’re driving down the road and people will see you waving your arms around. They will think, “Shit, it’s a crazy guy”. When you take off you’re helmet, people will be like “He aint crazy! He’s a martial artist, better not fuck with him!”. Use your fanny pack too.
